H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies and RMG Acquisition Corp. III Terminate Planned Listing on Nasdaq
The Merger Agreement entered into on 9 May 2023 between H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies, Inc. (“H2B2” or the “Company”) and RMG Acquisition Corp. III (Nasdaq: RMGC) has expired, and the parties will not extend such agreement due to the present market conditions. H2B2 expects to re-launch a separate public listing process once it determines market circumstances have improved. The Company’s growth plans continue as established in its strategic plan.
