He has chaired in total four IBEX companies (IAG, Iberia, Altadis/Tabacalera and Logista) having a relevant role as chairman and CEO in the two more flashy international mergers taking place in Spain: between Tabacalera and the French SEITA (2000), and between Iberia and British Airways (2011).
All the above positions were assumed after developing his career in consultancy (Arthur Andersen) and in the fast-moving consumer goods sector (Osborne and Domecq). In 2010 he was honoured by H.M. the King of Spain with the Encomienda of the Spanish Order of Isabella the Catholic.
At the present time, he is mentor at the the High Logistical Command of the Spanish Army on the project of the New Logistic Base, senior advisor to the Spanish Team of CINVEN, and member of the board of different Spanish private companies, in which he is involved as a shareholder.
He is member of the Advisory Boards of CÁRITAS ESPAÑOLA and FRANKLIN Institute (Alcalá de Henares University); member of the Board of Trusteees of LOYOLA University where he also chairs the Board; trustee of the foundations: FOCUS (Fondo de Cultura de Sevilla), ADIPROPE (World Heritage of Spain) and NANTIK LUM (microfinance and entrepreneurship for people at risk of social exclusion).
After a long career of almost 50 years, mostly for listed companies with a strong implementation in the USA, UK, EU and Latin American markets, Antonio is currently committed in putting his experience and efforts at the service of the social and business network of Andalusia region with the aim of contributing to adding value for economic and social development of the region.

Anselmo Andrade
Anselmo Andrade is the CEO and a founding partner of H2B2. Anselmo began his career in banking and financial consulting in London prior to H2B2´s inception in 2016. Anselmo holds a MSc Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Economics, Finance, and Management from Queen Mary, University of London. Anselmo was the CFO of H2B2 for the first 5 years after incorporation and then Head of the Business development division afterwards, with major achievements such as the “SoHyCal Project” awarded by the California Energy Commission. Anselmo has a solid background in Structured Finance with experience in Project Development and Project Finance in green hydrogen. Anselmo is also a founding patron of a Foundation named “Fundación para la Promoción de Microemprendimientos (FME)”.
Javier Brey
Javier holds a Ph.D. from Pablo de Olavide University, Seville, is a Telecommunications Engineer who graduated from the University of Seville, and has completed a Management Development Program at the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra.
He has been involved in the hydrogen and fuel cell sector since 1998, having led projects, published numerous articles, and patented several inventions in this field. He was CEO of Abengoa’s hydrogen and fuel cell companies from 2001 to 2016, the year he branched out to establish H2B2. He is vice-chairman of the Energy and Hydrogen Alliance (EHA), chairman of the Spanish Hydrogen Association (AeH2), vice-chairman of the Spanish Fuel Cell Association (Appice) and secretary to the Spanish Hydrogen Technology Platform (PTeH2). He is also an associate professor at Loyola University in Andalusia.

Guillermo Delclaux
Guillermo is an executive partner at Tekpolio Group, a Spanish family office with a long-term investment approach primarily in the industrial, energy & infrastructure, and technology sectors. Prior to founding Tekpolio in 2017, Guillermo worked in London in the special situation fund sector at Fortress Investment Group as well as at Blackstone.
He started his career in the Spanish M&A team at Goldman Sachs in Madrid and holds a bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao) in Management and Business Administration.
Manuel Delclaux
Manuel is an executive partner at Tekpolio Group, a Spanish family office with a long-term investment approach primarily in the industrial, energy & infrastructure, and technology sectors. Prior to founding Tekpolio in 2017, Manuel worked in London at Actis, a global renewable energy investment fund. Before moving to London, Manuel held investment positions at SunEdison and Terraform Power.
Manuel started his career in the Spanish M&A team at Merrill Lynch in Madrid. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao) in Management and Business Administration.
Fernando Franco
After starting his career as a research scientist at the University of Seville and the Autonomous University of Madrid, he joined the Space Division of CASA (currently, Airbus) and the European Space Agency in The Netherlands. In 1986 he founded ALTER TECHNOLOGY, a multinational engineering company where he held the position of chairman and main shareholder up to its sale to the German Group TÜV Nord in 2011. Fernando has chaired the Spanish Association of New Technologies and the Spanish Association of Space Companies, and is an honorary Consul of the Republic of Estonia.
Gonzalo Hidalgo
Before being a member of the Board of Directors of H2B2, Gonzalo was the director of several food and drink sector companies, such as Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana. He has also dedicated part of his professional career to the real-estate sector, being involved in a vast amount of projects while he was the manager of Konecta Activos Inmobiliarios.
He has been focused on wealth management and investment advisory for the last few years.
Ignacio Solis
Ignacio is a Private Banker (GM and Director) in Wildemont Asesores. Previously, he was the Executive Country Manager for Andalusia in Lloyds Bank PLC (1989-2015) and Director in Abengoa (1985-2015), having accumulated a vast experience in the fields of energy and banking.
Ignacio holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville, specializing in Private Law. He also holds the European Financial Advisor Certificate.
Juan Suárez
Juan holds a bachelor’s degree from ETSAS and a Bachelor of Arts from Seville Arts School. Juan is a Professor of Drawing and Honorary Assistant Professor of the Department of Architectural Projects ETSAS, and founding partner of CHS ARQUITECTOS.
Patron of the FOCUS Foundation and scholar of the Juan March Foundation and the Ministry of Culture. Awarded at the Nuremberg Biennale, he has participated in numerous painting and design exhibitions, at both national and international museums and private collections. Juan writes in different specialized magazines and books on art and architecture. He has given lectures and conducted seminars in various institutions and universities.
